หลังจากติดตั้ง Visual studio 2010 และ Microsoft visual c+++ 2010 X64 แล้ว พอจะติดตั้ง ithesis x64 ก็มีหน้าต่างขึ้นมา

a required component for interacting with ms word 2010 or ms word 2013 is not available. please

ต้องแก้ไขอย่างไรครับ

เบื้องต้น ทีมงานขออนุญาตสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมนะคะ ว่าใช้ Microsoft Word ในเวอร์ชันอะไร เนื่องจากขณะนี้ ระบบสามารถรองรับการใช้งานได้จาก Microsoft Word ในเวอร์ชัน 2013,2016 และ 365 เท่านั้นค่ะ ซึ่งหากเป็นเวอร์ชันที่นอกเหนือจากนี้ การติดตั้งในส่วนของ add-in อาจไม่สามารถทำได้ค่ะ
