Out of service means the system is currently closed and still maintaining by system administrator. Maintenance process might take several days or weeks, during maintenance period you can do your thesis as usual in MSWord then save to cloud when iThesis available. Please follow your official  university announcement for any updates or contact graduate school office for any questions.
