เชคดูแล้ว ithesis ก็ install แล้ว  ลอง repair ithesis และ โปรแกรมWord แล้ว

ก็แก้ไม่หายค่ะ  เปิด Word มาก็ไม่มี icon ithesis เหมือนเดิม

ไปดูในโปรแกรม word  ที่ file > word option  > add ins  นั้น  ithesis  จะอยู่ด้านล่างในหัวข้อ Dissable Application Add- Ins  ค่ะ

จะแก้ไขอย่างไรได้บ้างคะ
