ลง iThesis Add-in ใน MS word 2013 ไม่ได้ค่ะ พอ install แล้วมีหน้าต่างขึ้นมาว่า A required component for interacting with MS Word 2010 or MS Word 2013 is not available. Please แล้วก็เป็นปุ่ม OK ค่ะ

จะทำการแก้ไขได้อย่างไรบ้างค่ะ

**หมายเหตุ : เช็ค Prerequisite programs แล้วค่ะ ในเครื่องมีครบทุกตัวค่ะ ….และเลือกแบบ x64 ตรงตามสเป็กเครื่องค่ะ

ลองติดตั้งโปรแกรมตัวนี้ใหม่นะครับ
ถ้าไม่ได้อย่างไร ลองส่งรูปภาพหน้าจอที่มีปัญหาติดต่อผู้ดูแลระบบของมหาวิทยาลัย
อาจจะมีการ Remote ไปยังเครื่องเพื่อตรวจสอบอย่างละเอียดครับ

โหลด Ms Visual Studio 2010 Tools For Office Runtime ใหม่แล้วก็ยังไม่ได้ค่ะ

—> ผู้ดูแลระบบมหาวิทยาลัยเลยแนะนำให้ uninstall Office แล้วลง Office 2013 ใหม่ จากนั้นก็ลงได้แล้วค่ะ
